Sament Group completed the system for natural roof lighting and smoke extraction on the first and second extension of the Kronospan plant in Veliko Tarnovo in November 2017. The installation works started in June 2016.

The following systems were embedded:
- GLOS DL BT  continuous roof light system
- system for natural ventilation and smoke and heat extraction in the event of fire
- a management and control system

The systems are designed to provide effective and complete day lighting of workplaces through a continuous roof light system.
Smoke and heat extractionin is based on natural smoke and heat natural ventilators / NSHEVs / with pneumatically operated double flap units. Smoke hatches are managed in a way that allows them to be used for natural ventilation over an extended period of time. This is imperative because of the high level of industrial heat emission in the building. The NSHEVs comply with the requirements of the VdS standard.
The delivered and installed products included :
Continuous roof light system- 4,320 m2.
NSHEVs - 188 units.
