CUTTING OF METAL SHEETS
The cutting process is performed with modern CNC controlled machines, which guarantee the necessary speed and accuracy. The machines are a prerequisite to having a high quality product. The variety of machines is also a precondition to choosing the correct cutting methods, depending on the detail, quantity and the processing and application afterwards.

This is the most simple and profitable cutting method. When possible, it could be used in accordance with both the method and the capacity of the shearing machine.

• Sheet thickness: Max 3 mm.
• Length of a detail: Max 3 000 mm.

The laser cutting method is a method of cutting sheet material without any limitations in the shape or contouring.It is both quick and efficient and if correctly choosen in accordance to the cutting specifics, batch sizes, etc.laser cutting can be the fastest and most profitable way to cut metal sheets.

This is a method of processing of sheet material in a cold state, by punching or molding operations. Cutting and processing of sheet material by punch cutting is a widely used operation for the manufacturing of large scale production and for detailed perforation, made of sheet material, etc.

When necessary, the Metal line can offer the welding of products.We have wide experience in welding non-ferrous metal and steel details within the thin product range.

Sometimes this process is required in order to provide a final protection of the product’s surface. When necessary, the Metal line can cover this need owing to the availability of modern powder coating lines. The grade of the polymer coatings which we use and the automation process guarantee quality performance.
